Finishing my Pokemon Zukan primary wants

I just really really wanted to finish my primary wants of my pokemon zukans. Does anyone that is willingly to sell it to me or know where I can get it? Willingly to get Kingdra line and Azumarill line first since the swimming Milotic line is expensive. 

-RSE4 Azumarill line
-RSE4 Kingdra line
-RSE5 Swimming Milotic line

And also one question is do you need wi-fi to use the pass powers in pokemon black 2 white 2? Since I don't have anymore access to dream world. I am looking for Swift Swim Poliwhirl, Drought Vuplix, Multiscale Dragonite and Immunity Gligar from either hidden grotto or dream world. (Legit one)
