Seeking some information about these N items

So I've noticed these stickers(?) popping up on YJA recently, and the seller mentions some sort of sticker campaign. I was wondering if any of our Pokemon Center frequenters had any more information about them. Are they related to the coaster promotion? Are they difficult to obtain? Are there more?




Just hoping to find out more before I blow some money on them for my collection.
