New get! My first pokedoll!

I'm going to do a collection update when I get everything I'm waiting on in the mail, and can get it all together again (so... mid April, maybe? I don't know if I'll do one of it all together until mid May when I come home from college, because my plush are the only thing I have here.) However, I just had to make a post about my new get!

I have a bootleg mew pokedoll (I bought her before I joined the comm... so before I knew what I was doing and only had a vague idea of what pokedolls were) but she's not legitimate so I don't count her as my first. I was kind of on the fence about pokedolls for a while, some I thought were cute, some I thought just looked a little strange... and weren't they all at least a little expensive? Or at least, any that I would be wanting? But then vulpes_canis started getting a bunch, and then a few months ago I started really looking at them, and I fell in love with several in particular, but the flareon most of all!

I put one on my wants list, but I didn't really think I'd find one for a very decent price... or at least, one for a decent price when I actually had money to spend. And then... LO AND BEHOLD, I got one from soiledpoetry!

I wanted to take a picture of the package before I opened it! The red numbers are from the campus mailroom.

Her name is Masako, and she's an American pokedoll! SHE'S SO CUTE! She came with me to go get dinner, and to my marine geography class, and several people told me how cute she was!
