I'm seriously running out of space! I do plan to put another shelf up in my room at some point, so hopefully that'll help out. I might have to do some weeding in the next few months, though. When I originally joined, I wanted to only focus on figures that really struck me in an effort to save space... as you can see, I sort of lost sight of that. For better or for worse, I suppose. I do love how my lil collection is growing, though.
Here's my full main shelf! Sorry it's a little dark. Mostly absols and weavs, with a few other 'mons sprinkled in.
Some notable additions: My absol pokedoll, who I made a post for a while ago when I recieved her <3 I had this little bell ribbon sitting in my drawer waiting for the perfect plush, and it suits her very well!
I was also surprised to find the Jakks throw ball sneasel, which you can see hanging out with the Weavs in the upper right corner of my shelf. I learned about this obscure little plush while looking at LucklessPrince's stuff. I've never seen an individual one for sale, but while browsing ebay, I caught sight of this one in a big lot. I messaged the seller and asked if they'd split the lot, and offered $10 for the sneaz. They accepted, and while after shipping from Canada it ended up being quite expensive (due to the big pokeball) I'm happy to have him!
Just today the TOMY absol finger puppet arrived! He's on the left next to the Bandai sitting absol kid. I've missed this guy a couple times now and finally bought him from someone off facebook. I was a litle hesitant to deal with the person due to their selling methods but it ended up working out. This is a very unique looking absol. The features are quite different from the normal kid. I really like him.
These plastic containers were brochure holders that my place of work was throwing out. I'm glad I snatched them up because they are great for displaying my stuff.
Sorry the bottom pictures are a bit low quality. Pretty much all weavs except for one sneaky growlithe.
Big Weav is way too big to fit on the main shelf, so the tomy beanie accompanies him at the very top. They sit next to my shelf of animation books + Looney Tunes box set, as you can see.
And of course, my zoroark is also too large for that area! This guy was one of the first members of my collection. He sits on top of my stereo and the tarot card is on the wall next to him.
I originally used this shelf for my entire collection, but moved it when I couldn't fit everything there. This is actually the first thing you see when you walk into my room, so I put a few special items there. My giant absol figure is of course one of my favorite items, and two of my favorite weavile kids sit at his feet - the clear attack kid and the arms-crossed kid. The absol mascot also hangs out here and below is my beautiful shiny perler.
Last but not least, I recently got the newer petit mascot in the mail, and decided to hang her in my car. I might buy another one eventually to keep safe inside the house, but for now I'm not too worried about this one. I used to have the mega absol strap in my car, but it mysteriously disappeared, and I have no idea what happened. I figure the plush is slightly safer because it's less likely to catch on someone like the pokey strap figure was. Anyway, I love having it as a car buddy. (And I now have another strap on its way to me from Japan to replace the old one.)
Not pictured are the settei I recently bought here on the comm. I plan to get frames for a few of them and possibly find a big binder to safely store the rest. I actually just bought two big lots of settei from Y!J, so I'm kinda waiting on those before I go out and buy frames. Seriously, I love them! I'm hoping that one of the lots will yield an absol, as it's from the third gen series. It'll probably be a month or so before they come in, as I'll likely be shipping SAL unless they're light enough to go airmail.
Well, that's all for now! I have more in the mail (as always) that i'm excited for so there's that, too.
