Grand opening of Blues Adoption house AND Chicago pkmcollectors meet/greet/trade/sell event!

Hello everyone! I am proud to present for the first time, my brand new store Blues Adoption House! I had hoped to open it yesterday as a part of my birthday celebration, but I just was to tired after all the work I have put into getting the store ready and then my birthday activities. =3 I was granted sales permission on March 23rd, 2016 by areica96 and have been working to open since. You can find the store here:

I currently have plush and large figures pages open, and I will be working on getting the other pages up over the next month or so. I have more inventory coming, so be sure to check regularly! I hope to run this as a continuous store for everyone, so I hope you all like how I have arranged everything. =)

In other news, I am currently trying to put together a meet/greet/trade/sell event for pkmcollectors members in the chicagoland area of IL! Assuming that the location and date are ok for arisamon and xxiiijamesiiixx we will be meeting at Mitsuwa Japanese Marketplace on Sunday April 17th, at noon. For more information please look below the cut.

Mitsuwa Japanese Marketplace is located at
100 E. Algonquin Road
Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Website for more information: http://www.mitsuwa.com/locations/chicago/
NOTE: Resturants ONLY accept cash - be sure to bring enough for lunch and for any items you may want to purchase from other members. I myself will bring items to trade and sell, and I have trades to complete with two other members who will *hopefully* be able to make the date.

Mitsuwa features several Japanese restaurants within the marketplace, as well as a bookstore and Japanese grocery. If you ever wanted to try some Japanese snacks, look it up ahead of time so you can locate them on the shelves. Very little of the groceries have english translations, so having an idea of what it looks like will help you locate what you are looking for.

General itinerary for the meetup will be as follows: I will stand near the entrance of the marketplace with an eevee shirt and fox hat for easy spotting by fellow members between 11:50 and 12:05. Afterwards, we will head as a group to pick out lunch, and try and grab tables together while others grab food. Mitsuwa is VERY busy, even more so on a Sunday, so finding a space to sit down and eat is rather tricky. If you have a folding chair, it might be a good bring, as it seems there are tables, but chairs walk away.... After lunch, if members wish to, we can check out the grocery and bookstore. Following, we will get in our cars and move to the upper corner of the parking lot where a big dirt patch is: a restaurant was recently demolished and would give us a clear area to gather around and show off our goods. If you are displaying things to trade or sell, try and bring a table and a chair for yourself. I will bring a table and chair for myself, but I don't have enough to supply everyone who may come. If it rains, we may need to move inside Mitsuwa to the back of the building, but they may not allow us to do so. We might be hopping between our car backseats. XD

Confirmed:
Yuwaku_kun (host/organizer): wearing an eevee shirt and orange fox hat - SO will also be present
xxiiijamesiiixx: wearing a pokemon shirt and most likely a blackhawks hat
arisamon: greyish/bluish and pink hair
vulpeslagopus - SO will present as well
0fabliau - bringing along a friend (trying to still come but scheduled to work)

Total confirmed to be present: 6

I am open to any ideas or suggestions for making this run smoother, and if you wish to come, please let me know ahead of time so I know how many members to look for. Hopefully we can get this going, and maybe make it an annual outing!

Thanks for reading everyone!
