(Re)Introduction post!

Hello, everyone! Out of curiosity, I went to see when I made my last introduction post, and it was all the way back in 2012! Since then, I'd fallen out of collecting, but recently got back into it when they announced all of the 20th anniversary merch!

For starters, my name is Tam, but you can call me whenever ;D /shot. I'm sorry, I won't do that ever again (don't count on it, though). I reside in the giant state of Texas, and I legally deal drugs for a living.

I collect most things Gengar, Tynamo line, Drifloon line, and recently Goomy line. I tend to favor the ghosties and electric pokemon. Gengar is my favorite pokemon (shoutout to all the Gengar collectors!) and has been since I was a little kid.

Aside from the specific pokemon I collect, I also collect clearfiles, and keychain mascots. And the TCG cards. I have so many cards I could probably throw them into a kiddie pool and swim in them. Here are some general pictures of my collection and favorite items under the cut! I haven't had a chance to go through my cards yet... Warning! Image heavy under the cut!

A closer shot of my two shelves. I like to collect smaller items and flats, since I have limited space in my room. I have too much stuff and I really need to get rid of a lot of things so I can display everything in my collection properly.

A quick shot of my ghosties together! I'm still waiting to pay for a few things and for some others to arrive in the mail.

My little Tynamo line collection. I have all of the TCG cards too, in english, but I haven't figured out how I want to organize them to display just yet. I'm also looking for the Eelektross charm to finish that off, but so far, it's been eluding me pretty well.

An easter basket full of pikachu mascots! I'm going to need a bigger basket.

But my favorite mascots are right here! These Little Tales mascots are my absolute favorite, and I'm so glad I managed to find them for a price that didn't cost an arm and a leg!

These Kurutoga mechanical pencils are also another favorite of mine. I fell in love with them when I won a Rilakkuma one at an arcade, and imagine my happiness when I found out these existed! I'm not sure if there are more designs out there, but I want them all!

The 20th anniversary dot sprite backpack, boston bag, and sprite cushion! I've been using the backpack for my school stuff, and it fits everything pretty well. I've used the boston bag just as an overnight bag when I spend the night with friends, and though it looks really big in pictures, it's actually kinda small. It holds everything I need it to, though. And the small planet pokemon bag is a recent get for me. I haven't used it yet, but it feels really soft and hopefully comfortable to wear.

Mythical pokemon boxes! I started out buying ten of the mew boxes to get started on the Generations set. I bought five of the Celebi boxes, but only two of the Jirachi boxes. I plan on just buying two of the rest of the releases, one to open and one to keep. Hopefully I'll get one really nice picture of the Mythical pokemon series at the end of the year. *~* I keep the Generations cards and promo cards in a card binder, and the extra pins in a pokemon petit tin. I also have the 20th anniversary N3DS, but I haven't opened it up to use since my Majora's Mask 3DS is still functioning.

And last but not least, click here to see my clearfile collection! I have no idea how to display these, so they just sit in a pile on my desk. If you collect clearfiles, let me know how you display them! I'd love to see pictures!

This is by no means everything in my collection, just a few of my favorite things. I'll get around to posting prettier pictures of my full collection eventually.

Thank you for stopping by, and you'll probably see me in your sales and auctions! Happy collecting!
